Returns and Exchanges

OCI guarantees all items for the useful life of the product.*

To send a return, please call our Customer Service department at: (405) 964-7200 or toll-free 1-800-522-3565.  You will be provided instructions regarding how to ship your return or exchange item.  Please provide the following information with the returned item:

  1. Do you want an exchange, a refund or a credit to a card originally charged, or some other action (describe)?
  2. Why is the item being returned, (wrong size, wrong color, wrong item, damaged, etc.)?
  3. To what name and address should we send the refund or exchange?
  4. Specify email address, fax number or telephone number in case there are questions.

Personalized or Custom Products:  We will accept personalized or custom items for exchange or refund if the product is defective in workmanship or material or does not meet order specification.

Repairs or Replacement Parts:  We will repair or replace major products (furniture, metal products, etc.) during their useful life on-site or at an OCI location if they are defective in materials or workmanship.  If we must pick up the product for repair and return, we will provide a suitable temporary replacement item.
