The purpose of this statement is to inform users of (“Site”) about the collection and use of personally identifiable information.

Personally Identifiable Information Collected

This Site collects personal information in order to provide requested specialized services, including processing of purchases and responding to requests for information. Users are not asked to provide personal information if they just wish to browse the site or download information resident on the Site. The personal information we collect includes your first and last name, email address, agency (if not a personal purchase), and a password you create when you create your account. We also collect bill-to and ship-to addresses and phone numbers and email addresses in case we need to verify information.   The information collected is subject to the access and confidentiality provisions of the Oklahoma Code and federal law.

Use of E-mail Addresses

E-mail addresses obtained as a result of a request to the Site will never be sold or given to private entities. They may be used by OCI for marketing purposes, including announcements of new products, special sales events, and other events.

Collection of Credit Card Information

Credit card information, including numbers and expiration dates, will be collected as part of the purchasing process for the purpose of transmitting that information to the financial institution. That information will not be viewable by individuals and only the last four digits will be retained by OCI. Those last four digits will be retained for the convenience of the customer to identify the card used if a refund or credit is required. If a refund or credit is required, OCI will notify the financial institution to process that transaction.

Data Security and Quality

The security of information provided by you is very important to us. We protect your information by double encryption, including Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We encrypt your information before it is transmitted over the internet. When you enter a secure portion of our Site, you will notice a closed lock or a solid key. We have obtained a digital certificate from Verisign, Inc., a leading provider of encryption services on the internet. Your information is also protected by your password. It is your responsibility to protect the confidentiality of that password.
